Pub Warning !

Mega-Booze venues known as "Pubs" are popular amongst yesterdays old farts.  But as Deep-Child reports, these pubs also serve as a potentially fatal venue where many people get too blasted out of their minds to be even capable of making it home unassisted.

Insults, Fights and Intoxicated driving are common after many sad cases regularly visit these back-street "drinking holes" to "drown their sorrows", sleazily solicit any women present and other forms of ridiculous and possibly illicit behaviour.

More deaths have likely been caused by this substance than any other in the history of man, and anyone who partakes in it should be aware that it has also been a major source of illegitimate funds for organised crime for centuries..

Thats right, if you drink, you are supporting *Terrorism* !

And on the late news after our next "reality TV" brainwash Soapy , more propoganda demonising "Their drugs" and events, and the latest results from the "Our-Drugs"-sponsored sporting event.

*yawn* - does anybody *really* still believe what they see on the idiot-box ?  I suppose theres always a fresh supply of idiots to keep it going..

to be fair, judging from the EDC stampede video, it seemed like that place was chock full of noobtards who couldn't handle their shit.

you get a 200k noobtards together who can't handle their drugs, it makes for bad publicity.

Exactly right. EDC is fucking retarded. I used to attend back in the early 2000's and it was alright. Nowadays it's a bunch of poser kids and hardly any heads actually party there anymore. It's widely known in the scene that EDC is super fucking lame.

Thats not fair.  I was there and can assure you the place was chock full of people enjoying music and culture and the energy of experience being shared.  Free amusement rides, awesome light shows and legit talent.  Some noobs, some tards.  Lots of drugs, teens, gangbangers.  Stampedes and crowded clusterfucks.  Its LA, Its Insomniac, its how these events go for better or worse.  Mostly better.

Not the kinda party I like to be at, but I hear what you're saying. I'm sure there was some good music and good vibes and really it's up to yourself if you're gonna have a good time. I understand that. If you and your crew are there, high, and dancing to the beat that is what it's all about. You're right. :sun:

ITs almost a guarantee that insomniac will oversell their events so when I find myself crowd surfing against my will I just imagine all the p-tots and frat boys running me over are Cheshire cats

When i was at starscape this year i saw a guy that was insanely phucked up. he was like running around in circles and falling down and rolling around in the mud and getting all tense and grabbing his crotch alot for some weird reason. Then some one helped him up and he took a swing at this girl and then the cops showed up and he started swinging at them... wrong move. I wonder what he was overdoing? I left pretty quick because it was killing my roll.

Looks crowded as fuck.  After Bonnaroo I just do not want to be in that big of a crowd on drugs.

I ended up not tripping or rolling at Bonnaroo because I realized the atmosphere would not be ideal at all.  When it's 100 degrees out and finding a spot to sit in the shade takes forever WHILE SOBER, screw that.  So many people everywhere and no escape from it.  You feel completely stuck in the crowd when your at a show.  And it is packed from front to back.

It sucks seeing people falling on the ground and getting medical assistance all over the place.  I don't want to be around thats shit while tripping.  It makes it impossible for me to have a great time when I know all this fucked up shit is going on around me.
