Looking for a good herbAl high, please help

Ok so, I was wondering if anyone knew of a herb that I can easily buy at a healh food store that will put me in a sedated dream like state and reduce stress

That's a good one:thumbup:
It pretty much fits the effects you are looking for

Passionflower may make an okay substitute, too (which I'm pretty sure most carry).
I wouldn't consider it as much of a "high" as Kava Kava but it's considered a 'hypnotic' (sleep-inducing) sedative and from what I hear people who aren't regular MJ users may be able to smoke it for a similar experience (though I can't attest to this personally), although I can say when taken orally (in tea) it can be quite effective in altering consciousness to a degree

im all about personal opinion but are you for serious yo? :goth:

many find its effects stimulating...not relaxing (it is very chill for me) but the best legal heb for my buck is kratom....get an oz of micronized bali kratom...you wont regret it

-Bali Kratom
-Kava (research the strains, vendors, and preparation, makes all the difference)
-Blue lilly and lotus, soaked in wine
-Passionflower made into a concentrated tea

Those are the only ones that will really produce a noticeable buzz that I can remember off the top of my head.

..i have gotten some minial effects from wild dagga.....i have to be alone and very chilled out to notice them but its defintiyl something...and quite enjoyable for what it is. but as i stated earlier kratom is my favorite

here as some of the ones i would never try again

calamus root (i will never know if these work or not teh taste is so god awful bitter i couldnt get through it ( and i have a strong palate)

yopo seeds---no effect....and the unsetlling notion that you just snorted 3 or 4 enourmous seeds that you cooked in a skillet

rivea corymbosa---i ate about 5 times the dose that was advised to me t try to gain some effect...well i got it.....weak closed eye visuals and the worst case of restless leg syndrome ever and a shitty uncomfortable feeling all over my body

amanita muscaria- i still grub some a. muscaria var. formosa when i find them on my weilii hunts...but fly argic is not cool..it really isnt..i know some of you here probably swear by it...sorry

argemone mexicana (prickly poppy)- just didnt do anything

..ill add more tho this as i think of it..ive done alot more. however, its been so long since ive given up on 90% of the legal herbs market, i have forgotten.

Thanks all, next time I go to the health food store I'll see if they got kava kava or passion flower, I made some lettuce opium extra t and smoked it in a light bulb, it gave mild opium like effects, but it's not really worth making. I also found that if u smoke a few bowls of pure chamomile it produces a mild ganja like high.

I think it tastes OK.

But then I've tried brewing wild dagga that really does taste like crap.  Couldn't make it past 2 or 3 sips.

i dont think it tastes good by any stretch..but poppy, kratom or dagga teas (which is how the ROA i choose for all three) dont taste that bad...i add a couple tea spoons of honey...and take it like medicine...chugchug...its not made for sipping. :argh:
