Herbal Tea's

Im just getting into herbal teas, and im wondering if anyone has recomendations?

I drink black tea green tea and chamomile now.

Just for clarification, green/black teas are not herbal teas while chamomile is. I drink green tea regularly - the antioxidents are great for you. For herbal teas, I also like ginger tea and yerba mate. You really should try mate: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yerba_mate

green tea is actually very good for you but not the caffeine o yea also a kind of sea weed to eat is very good for you also what the chines use to eat and drink. I'm sure they still do but I mean its more spread out now

Try slicing up ginger and putting it in your green tea it becomes a super anti oxident.. Also if you can find some good chai tea.. The more expensive the better.. Yerba mate iss great to.. There are actualy recent test which show natural caffeine is actualy good for you..

Celestial seasonings makes really good flavored green teas. I really like the rasberry green tea.

Id also reccomend bubble teas! I went to a bubble tea house the other night and it was great. Its cold tea with little black chewy flavor bubbles in the bottom...fantastic!

thats awsome, but we dont have any of those around here. Mabey they might have bubble tea houses in the city though?
