Premature Ejaculation

I have primary premature ejaculation, meaning it's been present my entire life.

It was never much of a concern to me because I never saw myself having sex for some reason. Probably because I was only concerned with video games and escaping reality, and jacking off was something I only did when I saw boobs, a cute Asian or something similar and had the sudden urge to jack off before someone came knocking on my door.

For one reason or another I've become aware that I do in fact want to have sex, except it seems entirely pointless to me because of how severe my pe is.

When I masturbate my levels of sensation go from flaccidity, 80% erection, then 100% erection is when I am so aroused that ejaculation is already approaching. It only takes a minimal amount of stimulation from this point to reach orgasm, resulting in a process that takes less than a minute.

I think I already know everything I can do for treatment: kegels and edging. No short, rapid kegels. Only hard and long contractions. Staying relaxed while edging and using reverse kegels to suppress orgasm. No chest breathing.

The thing is is that my condition is so bad it's hard for me to see any of this working.

I posted this here because I figured there might be advice I haven't heard and hopefully people of similar background who have managed success.

Serotonergic medications, such as SSRIs, can delay ejaculation.[13][14] SSRIs are commonly used as anti-depressants. Examples include Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, and Lexapro. Clinical trials indicate that Paroxetine gives the largest increase in intravaginal ejaculation latency time.[15] Clomipramine often helps with serious cases that are related to the central nervous system (as opposed to psychological factors). The drug has the added benefit of also improving erection quality in some patients.[16]

Although serotonergic medications can delay ejaculation during administration, Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction, which can occur upon the cessation of treatment, may cause premature ejaculation even if it did not exist previously or may worsen an existing case.

Tramadol has been shown to be effective in delaying ejaculation.[17]

William Francis Ganong cited dietary 5-HTP as an alternative source to raising serotonin levels.[citation needed] (citation needed)

I took Fluoxetine (brand names such as Prozac) for other reasons and it made me take a very long time to finish. I was so worn out after sex. Go to your doctor and tell him what about your problem and he might give you that.

I'm not sure which it is, or a combination of both, but since starting adderall and not cranking one out ever, my stamina seems to have increased quite a bit.

I'm pretty sure it is adderall related though because there seems like an overall slight loss of sensation.  The girl I'm having sex with seems to like it though.

Don't assume you have no stamina when having sex though.  An orgasm is very much a mental process and while masturbating you get in the zone very easy, and have through repetition trained yourself to get off very quickly.  Sex is very different, there's another person there to focus on.  You might surprise yourself and last much longer than you would expect.

Although I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, i did take an SSRI antidepressant, Lexapro, before and it did have the unfortunate (for me) side effect of prolonging the time/effort before ejaculation.

But SSRIs are generally not good news, I've learned.

heh concerning the ssri's i was forced to go on them 2 years ago while still in my parents house...i have since moved out but saved a shit ton of paxils over the last two years because i stopped taking them obviously


i will usually just pop one before i go out trolling for females or a couple hours b4 i know im getting laid and it works wonders

Are you guys promoting kegels based off your own experience?  I hear this advice all the time but I've never heard a person say that they themselves went from being a minute-man to being able to go all night long, simply through kegel exercies.

Does it result in a passive ability to last long (less "sensitivity")?  Do you simply have more mental control over when you come?  Or does it work by giving you the ability to squeeze these muscles in a way that lets you prevent it from happening?

Both. Your PC muscles is what controls your ejaculation. You can completely control it with enough training. :thumbup:

ive tried kegals and didnt find much different, maybe i didnt do them for long enough.

Ive never been able to last more than 5 minutes, an when i came it was never that great.

Until i met someone special, and had the most unbelievable sex i had never thought possible. I went from being minutes and only doing it once in a day, to lasting hours and doing it 3 times a day, not only that my orgasms were so intense.

that relationship fell apart and i went back to being the old way.

Its all in the head, with the right triggers sex is unbelievable. what i found interesting is, that i could achieve similar feelings through the use of mephedrone and methylone. those 2 drugs would allow me to last a god awfull long time with the same intensity.
