Thinking about seeing a movie. Prince of Persia, Robin Hood, or Splice?

Has anyone seen either of these, yet? I've read mixed reviews over Prince of Persia, but IMDB rates all of them about the same:
PoP- 6.9
RH - 7.0
Splice - 7.0


Any Suggestions?

I heard that Splice sucked....  Haven't seen it though, and to be honest I still want to...

I would go for Robin Hood or Splice prob

They all look shitty but Splice

POP seems like its just another action type movie with an arabian twist that emphasizes style over substance.

RH, looks to be pretty good IMO and I liked Crow in Gladiator and think this might be in a similar vein, so yeah, although it diverges from the original RH tale it still looks full of action and plot WIN. Philosophically I usually enjoy tales of triumph against tyranny.

Splice looks quite disturbing and is set to have a very anti-science, anti-reason bent that I would not find to my taste in light of the new scientific breakthroughs. It does however look like it is well made and full of shock and cringe factors so if you are into that then it might be a good choice.

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN PREPARING FOR!!!

I'm a projectionist at a movie theatre and I have seen ALL of these movies... over and over and over and over and...

I've analyzed them all in every possible way-- to make sure that YOU see the best movie.



Which one should you see? Robin Hood, without a doubt.

The Prince of Persia is played by a bunch of white people with english accents. A few decent fight scenes but really a crappy movie-- disneyfied to be void of any objectable material and really just 'meh'.

Splice? Let me just say it involves INTERSPECIES RAPE!!!! Still want to see it?

Hope this all helped you make a most wise decision.

I'm about to go see Splice for free. Free movies are the only way to go theaters so so expensive otherwise.

My girlfriend and I saw Splice last night. When it ended we were both like "WHAT THE FUCK? Why did we pay money for that?"

If you want me to spoil if for you, let me know. The entire movie can be summed up in a few sentences at most.

I have only seen PoP and I normally hate those kind of movies. But i actually thought it was decent. So I say give that a chance

Okay, Splice spoiler:

Husband and wife create human-multianimal hybrid (with wife's DNA) and keep it a secret. It grows up fast and eventually the husband fucks the hybrid thing. After the husband fucks it, it turns into a male, rapes the wife, kills the husband, his boss and his brother. Wife kills the hybrid but gets pregnant with it's baby and decides not to abort. End of movie.

lol that's the movie.

I think 'interspecies rape' boils it down to the bare essence though :rofl:


I don't know exactly how to describe Robin Hood, other then to say that it is definitely better than both pop and splice-- by far. If you have seen the trailers it gives you a fairly good idea of the pace that is set for the movie.

Robin hood was alright. i didn't think it was bad but it wasn't awesome either. I vote prince of persia. Actually it probably sucked but i w as high.
