Help me out with a shroom problem

ok last night me and two friends ate some shrooms. they ate 3 grams plain and i mixed 2 into a cup of noodles. Well after about 30 mins when they were just coming on i went to take a piss and as soon as i got there I felt i needed to puke and did so and after that had a very very mild trip. I had not eaten up to that point in the day and had only drank some apple juice after i ate the shrooms. I felt kinda cheated that i didnt get to shroom so i want to do them again tomorrow. I want to know if there is anything I can do to prevent this next time. Eat a meal before hand? smoke pot after i eat the shrooms? eat them plain? take some Dramamine (is this bad for you when mixed with shrooms?)? sit and not move and suck it up before i get nauseau????

i plan to do 3 grams this time hopefully it my tolerance wont be messed from the other night

If you trip tomorrow you will still have tolerance. You may get a little body high but you will not break through, and you will likely feel more let down.

Cross tolerance demands that if you want a worthwhile experience, you must have a space of AT LEAST 3 days between trips. A week is better. A month is better than that.

Even after three days your trip would be more dull than the last one. If you plan to trip again real soon, at least up the dose, but i suggest you wait.

I'd suggest waiting a week and eating a good meal of food that is easy to digest and that you enjoy about 4 to 6 hours before eating the mushrooms. Then after that time has passed eat a good solid dose of shrooms and maybe drink some water.Whether or not to smoke pot is personal. In my experience it is better to wait to smoke till you have passed the peak, others disagree. I think it depends on whether pot is a familiar and easy thing for you. If you love to smoke, smoke. If smoking itself is more of a big deal for you, wait till you are coming down from the shrooms.

My friend has to smoke pot when he trips on mushies to relieve the nausea or he gets sick and spends alot of time in the bathroom fellin shitty.

dude don't eat food with the shrooms....... that's what did it for you - food in your stomache with the shrooms will definitely lessen the effects; for ME, anyway :smile:
