drunken cystic pimple

Woke up after a drunken night, now I have this embarrassing cystic pimple right below my cheek bone. Its under the skin and hurts so bad. Iv been putting rubbing alcohol on it so that maybe it will come to the surface. Anything I can do? without having to go to the store for medicine?

Id get a needle, sterilize it with a flame, and javelin that mofo. You might need a drink to handle the pain though.

If it gets very big, the skin surrounding it gets extremely hard, and it exudes a lot of puss (like a shit ton) - it may be a staph infection. I've had that three times before, and it sucks. If there is any possibility its staph, you want to watch how much pressure you put on it when draining, as you could push the infection deeper into your body and it could get extremely worse.
