ive been a few in my day, a great release of pressure, and a good way to chip teeth.

recently went to a local show that one of our old time 5th grade buddies was playing lead vocals at, so we all decided to go down and show some support. well, long story short my friends girlfriend got kicked out due to being too rough in the pit. straight up drunk and belligerent, she would follow dudes out of the pit in between songs and keep at em and stuff like that. it was hilariously good times.

also, heres a pic of me at my first ever metal show, giving you the finger with dude from lamb of god.

Nice!!  :headbanger:

True story: I probably got a hairline fracture in my nose (you can still see a bit of a bump from it) after getting clotheslined in a pit at a Marilyn Manson concert at Hammerstein Ballroom back in 2000.

I've seen him four times, a couple on the Mechanical Animals tour and a couple on the Holy Wood tour. It's a spectacle, that's for damn sure, he is a born entertainer. Lesbians spanking each other on stage, guitars being set on fire, the band was great each time...really good shows. I think he's jumped the shark at this point though.

Mechanical Animals FTW 4 lyfe though.

Mechanical Animals is definitely my favorite MM album.  Never seen him live, though; he's kinda creepy IMO.

I used to listen to a lot of angry music and go be angry in large groups of other angry people. It was good when I needed it, but I'm kind of over it.

That being said, I had the privilege to go to Nine Inch Nails' smallest show in 15 years this past August when they played the Bowery Ballroom - it held just 500 people that night. My friend and I got deep into the crowd and absolutely lost our shit like it was 1998.
