ID Request - Northwestern US

The mushrooms were growing out of recently disturbed soil, seemingly out of the remaining roots of a tree stump (not sure what kind of tree, but it seems to have been dead a few years, at least.)

So, here goes:

Habitat: Growing out of disturbed soil, near a well deceased tree-stump. No dung present. Domesticated backyard. Picked today (05/21).

Location: Willamette Valley, just outside of Eugene, Oregon.

Gills: Cream color, same as caps. Fully attached. Gills, not pores.

Stem: Hollow, thin, approx. 3-5cm long. No apparent bruising reaction.

Cap: Rounded conical, becoming convex in older specimens. Some torn veil present on edges in younger fruits. Cream colored to brownish. Slightly slimy when wet, though as they dried the color lightened and texture became smooth. ~1-3cm diameter.

Spore print: Purplish to brown, from what has dropped in ~6 hrs.

Smell: Mushroomy. Nothing else noteworthy.

Pictures:

The first two pictures are of fruit picked approx. 6 hrs. previous. The scale beside them is in inches.

The next picture is of fruits picked and then immediately imaged.

And here are two habitat shots. Sorry about the quality, but my camera refused to focus well on the fruits at night. The first is a younger fruit, just poking out of the soil. The second show some older ones, to the above right you can see some that are actually almost in focus!
