Uhhh, I have a palm pre with sprint, and I downgraded from the 100/month plan to the 70/month plan with no extra fees or anything.

Im saying I have the instinct and I want to downgrade the actual
phone if possible. Just looking for a lil info on that. Not even
sure if you can do it. I would really like the palm pixi tho.

You can get a discount on the new one if you are eligible for an upgrade.

I wish sprint used SIM cards because then you could just pop the SIM into the other phone... done.

I am eligible but I want a downgrade. My shit right now costs 450 new
so I am wondering if I can downgrade to something like the rumor or
palm pixi. both much cheaper phones. But like I said I dont know if
I can even do that or if it would even save me any money.

The "upgrade" is just a term used to confuse you into thinking you have to buy a more expensive phone.

I'm pretty sure you can "upgrade" to a $50 phone and get $50's off because you are eligible.

Unless they changed shit since I was looking for a new phone.
