Warning about Sprint wireless.

They like to fuck their customers in the ass. Hard.

I've had sprint for a few months now, and my bill is usually around 140.00$ for two smart phone lines.

Well, I just got my bill in, and it's 215.00$ there is activation fee's on it. ( of which I paid. ) in the first month, and my wife is on the phone with them now, and the fucking indian guy is like "You have pay activation, okay?"

Oh yeah, and they throw about 30.00$ in hidden fee's.

Honestly, I've had ATT and Verizon, growing up. Never had this kind of problem. I went with sprint because of their unlimited data shit. They can blow me.

I've never had customer service issues but their coverage fucking blows. hard.

I've had Sprint for 11 years now.

Never had an issue.

Data speed blows but unlimited data is key.  It's a give and take.  They have always been pleasant to me.  They need more 4g coverage though.

I pay almost a bill every month. No issues other than I should be paying half that but it is what it is.

I'd say my Verizon service isn't much better.  Well, the service itself is fantastic (I get full bars in areas where friends with other providers can't).. but my bill will undoubtedly have some random charges thrown in each month.  I spend 2-3 hours on the phone with them every month.  Some of the charges have been "legitimate new service charges" while others have been "accidental charges".  I shouldn't have to call each month to find out I'm being charged with bullshit extras.

I hate dealing with service providers, if you go to Best Buy Mobile they do all that bull shit for you. They activate phones under all carriers, for a cheaper price too.

Sprint Blows in Bakersfield and the Bay Area.  They say they have 4G but it has never worked ever.  Turn on the 4G antennae and then it says operating at 3G because they over-prescribe every area they work in.

For instance in the wee hours of the morning when I'm downtown at the clinic waiting for it to open I get very, very fast data.  But you just wait until everyone starts getting up and starts using the phone.  Connection speeds go WAY, WAY down.

Also a good portion of the time when I get phone calls Sprint will forward the calls to my VM instead of ringing the phone.  Usually happens when my parents are trying to call me.

And don't think about dropping SPRINT and going to CRICKET for better service.  Cricket is a re-seller of Sprints infrastructure.  So if you go Cricket expect even worse service since the SPRINT customers have a priority over the Sprint networks.

I'm pretty sure ATT 3g was benchmarked faster than Sprint's 4g. :lol:

My sprint 3g sucks as it is. I dont really give a shit though. My calls all go through
and such so its whatever.

I have always liked verizon! But, I never use smart phones.  I just have a dinky little flip phone, it's all I need anyway.

Been a customer of Sprint for 3 years now. Trust me, you had some bad luck on that call. Whenever I get an Indian, I hang up and call again. The customer support in the States is incredibly helpful. One time my phone was getting sent "Love Alerts" and charging me 10$00 a month. Didn't know what the fuck it was. Called and they solved the issue in half a second. Had many other issues that they handled in a similar way - like getting charged for using smart phone when I wasn't on a data plan. They took off what they charged me and stopped all future charges. Only on the phone with her for a few minutes.

Sprint sucks for overage charges, but I love their customer support. The hidden fees are pretty shady, though.

My family has been with Sprint for over 15 years.  You're doing it wrong if Sprint is "fucking you over."

Mine is 30 a month, unlimited data.  It is overpriced, 20 would be fair but 30 is doable.
