Colonizing and fruiting temps should be about the same, so it shouldn't matter. I doubt he colonizes jars/bags in there anyways.

As said, I did not incubate in there..I had 3 closets, one for incubation, two for fruiting.



As you can see, I used a dehydrator on a timer for drying, and warming up the closet for incubation. Usually it was around 80 degrees. The heating is not required though.

The other two are room temp, and as you can see, I used clip on lights with CFL bulbs. Just regular ones, never daylight ones, as back in my day, no one really knew they were better, at least around here.

The link in my signature has lots of details if its over your head still, details of the build and everything..I used to take quite a few pictures.
