It dosen't work. The bags are just too big to colonize before contamination. Mabye if you used liquid mycellium or broken up cakes.

I've used oven bags with my pressure cooker with success. I've never tried them in an oven as Hip suggests. I put 5 jars worth of verm/rice flour into one bag, put a rubberband around the top of the bag and sterilize for 30 min at 15 psi. Leave the rubberband loose enough so steam can escape without the bag popping. Innoculate with mycelium water as per 9er tek. As Hip claims it is less of a hassle than messing around with tons of little jars.

it's got it's problems.
the bags often leak, test them by filling 1st with water.
seems best results are gotten by pressure cooking as the oven drys the substrate too much.
using crumbled cakes or myc. water does improve your odds of success.
all in all, there are better ways but it works.
