Cover the vents with duct tape to keep the moisture in and it should work fine

Why not just go get a rubbermaid container and put a clear lid on it (plexi-glass or just cut a hole in the top and tape saran wrap over it) ? Lot cheaper and works just as well or better.

Yeah but a 30 gallon rubbermaid cost's about $5 and getting a piece of plexiglass cut to make a window in the top will cost about $4 and give you 3 times the growing space and having the light only enter through the top will make the shrooms grow up nice and straight.

during halloween, the store sold these mist makers. you dip this metal cylinder bout half dollar circumfrence and bout 1 inch tall, into water. making sure the top of the cylinder is about 1 inch under water. when u plug it in..it creats mist like fog..pretty tight..if you want i can take a pic and show you.

oh also..once growing and needed to be picked, does the cultivation still grow? (more shrooms grow after you pick?) or should I shake a few spores from the picked ones on the cake?

You can shake more spores on the cake if you want to not that it's gonna do anything. Some people say it even hinders growth. I think you should seriously read the FAQ then after you've done that read it again !
