yeah, 3-5 days. especially if you got the syringe from pf. If you made it, it might take longer. For some reason everytime i made a syringe, germination took longer.

When I did my first batch of PF, it took 3 days to see whisps of mycelium, then at day 6 or 7 rhizomorphic mycelia started to develop and by day 14 the jars were 100% covered and the mycelium was beginning to thicken. By day 19 or 20 (I went away for the weekend so I'm not sure) they started to pin in-vitro and I placed them in my terrerium. At day 27, I pick my first fruits and left about 6 to mature till day 31 so I could take prints and renew the cycle. Hope this helps a little.
