I have some strange results on my cake.
The same set-up produced nice cakes before.
May I have your ideas on this one, pleeze

VERY cool mutations man!! I'm not sure what may cause your mushies to do that, but I would let it grow as big as it wants, harvest it and take a TON of pictures of it (macro ones too, if your camera does that). I dont see anything that looks like a contam there, so after you get that well documented, I would suggest you eat 'em up

Based on what I've read/seen, it looks like perhaps the humidity in your fruiting chamber is a touch high? (mycellium and outright other shrooms growing on shrooms is supposed to be a sign, I think)

Under the same condition the flush below is produced. The same parameters....
So I wonder if the humidity is to high.

Wow. Now those are mutations Have you used any petroleum based products in the inside of your terrarium? It doesn't look like Rosecomb, but I suppose many different mutations are possible.

have you ever produced healthy shrooms from this particular spore print? perhaps its gone spoiled thru the mail. i dont think its a conditions problem (air exchange or humidity) because this looks to me as a mutant not as a badly-shaped.
