So whenever my guy (who's black) re-ups he sends me a text saying "Ronald Reagan, low tickets" It took me a good 15 minutes to decode this message.

I just assumed he was saying reg is in and you can buy some 8ths or shit.

Anyone else have any outrageously ridiculous slang people have said to you?

I hate dealers. I swear I find more reasons to hate them each day. I don't smoke weed for my own personal reasons but now that I am away I'm so damn glad.

My dealer used to want me to ask him for pizza and a bag was a slice and a bundle was a whole pie.  Only thing was a whole pie has 8 slices.  I only bought bricks off of him anyway, so it never mattered.

Also, to OP, it sounds like that means I've got nicks or dimes of shwag.  Ronald Regan sounds like regs, and low tickets should mean small sized bags, ie nicks or dimes.  If its a black person they are probably dimes, as they usually don't sell nicks except in the hood.
