I munch on leaves all the time from my plants... they are amazingly fresh tasting compared to most lettuce or other leafy greens.

Spinach has always had a dull taste compared to fresh cannabis leaves imo

I grow a DJ Short strain called F13, it is a mostly sativa strain, but it has a true landrace sativa high that is very similar to the original Highland Oaxacan Gold back in the 70's. I plan to grow the Original DJ Short blueberry strain, as well as, his Blue Moonshine indica when I move to hawaii. Anyways I hope you enjoy my pics! :smile:

Look people, I am not crazy, I am just as sane as any of you, I simply enjoy eating it raw, rather than smoking. I hope this makes sense... I dont do anything in life if it doesnt have a positive effect in my life now...


I enjoy eating all fruits, vegetables and seeds, because I feel good from doing so, and I love the taste of fruits and vegetables.

I meditate because it feels good

I run because it feels good

I dont smoke cannabis, because I felt it was hindering me in my ability to meditate as well as run, and consuming it raw does not seem to have this effect at all..



Im not trying to preach a religion, I just want people to be happy, and I believe consuming cannabis raw, while it does require more, will get you equally as high for a greater length of time, and it does not make me lazy, or dull...


This is my life... take it as is :smile:

the most beautifully tasting cannabis strain ever, F13. It has an initial biting taste, but as you chew the buds more, it blossoms into this amazing fruit flavors. Have you ever thought about what it would taste like if you just chomped down on a fresh nug? Have you ever smelt cannabis before smoking, only be taken over by this amazing smell? Maybe it is your body telling you that it is a good food to eat, and that you SHOULD eat that bud... its good for you :smile: :

yea dude,.. if you read my website articles that I posted... i said I used too.... and im not perfect... It was only recently, in the past few months that I have come to the raw cannabis realization.

btw that one dropping plant was my experimental plant, I was testing new feed cycles and watering cycles... that was just prior to getting watered... they are suppose to droop like that to indicate they need water... if you water a plant that isnt beginning to droop, you could potentially be over watering it which is far more risky than under watering.

one more clarification... the LED box I highly suggest... I didnt use that for egging or flowering, only rooting clones and popping seeds, as well as, maintaining my clone mother for genetics.


THe LED panel that is pictured has both the red and blue spectrum of lighting that the plants can most easily absorb. They give the best spectrum of lighting and the plant is actually able to absorb 98% of the given light. The LED also does not emit any heat, so it is a perfect lighting setup for rooting clones. I really enjoyed that box.

most of your plants under the LEDs and the CFLs are anemic, LED lights
suck balls for growing, I've seen side by side comparisons of several
different light systems, the LEDs were the worst performing of all, most
reputable hydro shops wont carry them and advise very strongly against
using them, the light spectrum is completely wrong, you'd do better to
sell the LEDs and buy an HID, at the very least use a couple more CFLs

I do use CFLs, you are misinterpreting the pics....I have 2 separate boxes...


I sustain my clone mothers and clones under the LED because, like a tube fluoro, it is a soft lighting setup that isnt too intense... you dont want intense lighting on your clones now do you? Plus the 2 LED,s do in fact have the exact spectrum of lighting that the chlorophyll absorbs most efficiently, you can research this yourself.

I do agree that LED are shitty for GROWING any plants at this time though, as they are not intense enough... I simply use one LED panel to make sure my clone mother does not veg too fast, so that I can keep up with cloning that plant.

find an LED light on this page, these guys have been in business for 20
years, the last 12 under the name of Atlantis, their shop has several
grow rooms isolated from each other to demonstrate the products they sell
and to test new products, the LEDs were by far one of the worst they tested

I use them to maintain slow growth.... on purpose! so that the timing of my cloning matches the timing of my flowering box... plus they dont emit any heat... so they are good for my purpose...

I've run clones under a 400w Metal halide without issue, started seeds under HID as well

I've used intense lightings on seedlings, clones and mature plants

They seem to do just fine as long as you make sure they aren't too close and aren't being overheated... but this is just my experience on it

I no longer grow indoors, and will definitely start an outdoor, year round grow in hawaii, but if I was still living here in the mainland I would definitely invest in a HID/HPS setup.
