Missouri has had fire safe cigs fo like a year now, well at least STL has.

Don't be too quick to laugh man, whether you think smoking is stupid or not, it's just an example of over-regulation & government interference in this new 'Orwellian' country of ours.... it wont be long before they dismantle, change, tax, regulate or obliterate something you like.

I remember laughing at a guy a dozen years ago, back in about 1998 or 99, because he was saying things like this would happen... even before NYS did its smoking ban.
He said under a new order you would see the outlawing of cigarettes and alcohol, there would be massive bans of bacon, fatty foods, lard, transfats, high sugar foods, soft-drinks, bleached flours etc. etc.
Mandatory Vaccinations, phasing out of paper money, the dismantling of free markets and the installation of a sort of 'socialized fascism', stock market crashes, heavily taxed commodities (namely alcohol and cigarettes), the sky rocketing of gasoline prices, state-to-state smoking bans, etc.etc. 

I always dismissed his ravings as the productions of a mad man, but unfortunately, not all, but many of these are coming to exist, and I fear many more will come.
