Question for fans of Black Metal band Dissection

I'm positive that there's some Metal heads on here who listen to Dissection!

Does anyone think that this band can get back together without the Jon Nödtveidt? He pretty much was Dissection, amazing vocalist/song writer and amazing guitarist.

I would love for this band to get back together and make a new album but unfortunately Jon is no longer with us so they'd have to find a replacement though finding one to match Jon's skills and talent would be extremely difficult but I do think they can find someone to fill the part.

Wrong. It calms me down. Whenever I'm about to lose it I put on some Dissection or Immortal and it' calms me down, it's so soothing to listen too.


I like my metal and that's what I listen to. You don't like it you can get the FUCK out of my goddamned thread! Go listen to your little hiphop shit or Dubstep garbage whatever the fuck you listen to.

I do wanna see one but I don't know what to do, I'm not one of those people who's good at talking about their feelings and talking about themselves, I can't do that and I feel like Id be a waste of time to go see someone for it.


Now back to one of the greatest bands ever! You should listen to Dissection, their to good to not listen too!

saying burzum sucks just because you don't like the quality of the recordings is an amateur cop out.  anyone who's actually into black metal knows it's about the atmosphere.  darkthrone's transylvanian hunger is all but unlistenable.  but the music is amazing.  and the production, or lack thereof, adds to the atmosphere.  same with burzum.  I'll start believing you like good music when you have legitimate complaints about such bands. 

I was talkign to my friend a while ago and she said she doesn't like burzum because she doesn't like varg's voice.  that's legitimate.  but she says she loves the msuci and the mood of it.  of course she actually likes good music, so who knows?

TBH I don't really like Mayhem or Darkthrone too much but the epic layers of heavy distortion in Burzum are tr00 kvlt BM.
