Kava Recipe

I have... a big ol' bag of Kava Root Powder, full spectrum kava paste, 84% kavalactone paste, and kava 5x exilir and I... think that's it!  :awedance:


At first I tried just putting two pea sized balls of the paste in my mouth and sucked some of the exilir...  :facepalm3:


Then I took some Kava powder and blended it up with chocolate milk in a magic blender which I got some results from- numb relaxing tired feelings in my body and need to talk and easy to express myself. It tasted horrid.



What kind of recipe do you use to enjoy Kava?

I think that using it with water works perfect. When you just eat the paste or powder, I don't think it gets absorbed as well compared to mixing the paste or powder in with water. I'm sure milk worked fine, but milk coats your stomach so water is probably better.

hmmmm, kava has me interested...for some reason i always thought it was a hallucinogen.:crazy:

i've tried kratom and pod tea (they're ok). how is kava in comparison to those? are the effects relatively the same?:mushroom2:

I wish there was a recipe that made it taste good, one time i had 17 bowls of the stuff like 1 1/2 liters. I felt like the floor was pulling me in and i couldnt feel my face.
