What's your States Official Mushroom?

The Pacific Golden Chanterelle (Cantharellus formosus) is Oregons'.
I think Minnesota was the first state to have an official state mushroom with the Morel.
What is your states official mushroom? Don't have one you say?

Massachusetts does not have an official mushroom.  Our official drink is cranberry juice.  And our official muffin is Corn.  But, no mushroom.  :frown:  :thumbdown:

I'd rather see the Psilocybe cyanescens be the state of Washingtons offical mushroom.

Or the Psilocybe semilanceata.

the Psilocybe stuntzii...aka blue ringer is too weak to be the state mushroom!~

Idaho doesn't have one but it would probably be a morel because they're every where around here. (our state dance is the square dance... yeeeee haw)

Oregon and Minnesota (Morchella esculenta)  are the only states to currently have official state mushrooms.
