I just mixed up enough vermiculite and brown rice flower for 10 jars, and i ended up with enough for 12..... im pretty sure my measurments were acurate but what if i accidentaly added too much vermiculite or something, will it still grow?

Yup, as long as you have SOME rice flower, and some vermiculite, the mix might not be optimal but don't worry, the problem is that the jars were not packed down tightly and this a good thing, don't worry, she'll be fine as long as you stayed withing fairly close measurments.!

cool.

ps: be careful with the amount of water you use, this is more important than how much verm or BRF you used. too wet or too dry and they will take a long time finish colonization.

last time i did the PF thing, i used a clear bowl and added water until it was saturated ie: until i could see water start to form at the bottom of the bowl, then i added a handful of dry verm and bingo.

great, my jars are boiling now, can anyone give me the best temp for colinization, pinning, and fruiting? also im using the equador strain if it makes a diffrence.

Colinization: 82 - 84 degrees
Pinning/Fruiting: 71 - 74 degrees

BTW, since you're growing EQ's, I now have a reason to show a picture of mine  :grin:
