I've seen this video before but I'm glad you posted it. I think it's time that government officials and other high ranking individuals openly discuss the UFO phenomenon. Hopefully the negative stigma attached to UFOs will begin dissipating. People have the right to know about these things. It's really a futile effort to try and keep these things a secret. There's no way to stop such critical knowledge from reaching the general public. The sooner this information is leaked, the better.

maybe i'm out of the loop, but what exactly is "the UFO phenomenon?"

sometimes there are people who see things in the sky, and aren't sure what they're looking at?
is that the phenomenon?

i've seen plenty of evidence that there are people who think they've seen alien spacecraft, but i have NEVER seen evidence that these people know what the f*ck they're talking about

Sounds like there was a topic discussed beforehand that we didn't see in the video. He was talking about the UFO like it was a fact that it was an alien craft.

All this UFO stuff is really interesting and there are many credible sources I have seen that say it is true. But of course I have no idea. Since I haven't seen any UFO for myself I am at this time considering it an unknown. If I ever do see one myself though I will probably start doing a lot more research.

his position certainly does seem ... fanciful

i just found a pretty interesting youtube clip which allegedly included original 911 tapes and after-the-fact interviews with several members of a police force from some nowhere town USA who pursued some moving lights in the sky
it also included dramatizations, featuring the persons interviewed as themselves, so that cost the thing some credibility

anyway, i don't doubt that people have been impressed by things they've seen in the sky -- but what real basis do we have to think that this amounts to anything
