Does anyone have a simple method for P Mexicana (jalisco) cultivation.

Now, I realize there is a lot of information on this site.  But it seems like most of the methods don't clearly delineate the method, that is, they jump around and assume that the reader already knows what he is doing.  Is there a simple method that A: lists the materials needed B: Goes step by step through the method of taking a spore syringe and ending up with mushrooms growing out of the substrate--without skipping anything.  I dont care about high tech stuff, I dont care about max yields, and i dont care if i get the most potent mushrooms or not.  This is a test run, I just wanna take the spore syringe and end up with something growing that i can look at and say, 'hmm...this is a Psilocybe Mexicana...' and stick that fucker in my mouth to trip.  I guess im looking for 'mushroom cultivation for dummies' and I would be greatly indebted to someone who can explain in clear and specific english how to grow a mushroom.  I have a green thumb for plants, hopefully Ill learn how to have a purple thumb for magic mushrooms.

i would say if you use pf tek or rgs and case it and you will get fruits.

This has been asked before, and i really don't think there is one single idiot-proof pictorial available in the forums for fruiting p. mexicana.  You have to take notes, search the Growlogs And Pictures Forum (look at mexicana growlogs from Tripsis, Workman, Captfuture, others), than PM cultivators you trust to help fill in any holes in your plan.

The growlogs are the best source of info for fruiting mexicana.  For just growing sclerotia invitro random posts from Agar, RR, Workman are best. ~P~

If you were growing Psilocybe cubensis, we could point you to PF Tek. (One popular version is shown in these videos: http://www.mushroomvideos.com/ )

But Psilocybe mexicana (jalisco) is a different species with a different lifestyle. I have recently tried ATL 7, which is Ps. galindoi, on PF cakes and it works. It's a member of the mexicanae family and a sclerotia producer. I was able to get stones and a few tiny fruits, as shown in this thread. I can't say your mexicana will work with  PF tek, but it's worth a try.

I can say with certainty that it will like LC, and you should gamble a few drops of spore solution of some LC to stretch your experimentation.
