I was a cigarette smoker for about a year when I rolled for the first time. After that cigarettes where just nasty as hell when I was sober but I still enjoyed them when I was high. After about 2 weeks I just said fuck it, I'm gonna kick it altogether. I did that with the help of chewing. Chewed once a day for about a month and then said fuck it and now I am here; completely tobacco free!

QFT. It's like being outside in the winter and all you want is to go inside and be warm. But normally you never care about the temperature in the first place.

That's why I quit cold turkey, but I had only been smoking about half a pack a day for a year so it wasn't too bad.

I found that I was mostly addicted to the habit of smoking. I just love smoking stuff in general.

Replacing cigarettes with weed helped. My main drive to quit was because I was coughing up blood and Im an athlete. Cigarettes were seriously hindering my performance and endurance.I also had some acid trips that just made me want to quit.

I just kept telling myself how bad they were for me. Every time I smoked I felt terrible about what I was doing to my body.

It took a long time for the cravings to go away. I broke down a number of times and bought a pack. Shit, I still sometimes will smoke a butt or something fiendish like that, but its just not good anymore and I get reminded of that whenever I want to smoke.

I bought a pack last night because I was going to a rave and I still have it next to me. I have no desire to smoke any of them. Im gonna save em till we got some OCs or something. Hahah probably end up tossing them or my bf will smoke em all.


If you really want to quit, you can.

You have to want to quit for yourself though. Otherwise you'll always end up sneaking one.
