1/2 pint MMGG jars, pressure cooked for 55.9 mins. (that's a joke, I cook them for like an hour, or untill I remember to turn them off)

Once growth reaches about the size of your thumb I remove the tape and put the jars lid down. Never (knock on wood) lost a jar yet, I'm 30 for 30.
