honey tek speed?

Thought about doing the honey tek to speed colonization, but I read it takes 2 or 3 days before it's ready to use. If it takes an average of 4 days to germinate spores on substrate, is the honey tek really faster? Or is it only faster if you already have it made up in your fridge?

honey water would still be somewhat faster, providing you were very sterile.

honey water has never really been about speed, though. Its more about extending the life of your spores, and creating more syringes. If someone said it was faster they meant that (of course) injecting mycelium is going to give it a head start on colonization.
