He's being a knob regardless, no need for that.

Even if there is no crime committed, if the police are going to arrest you, best to just accept it peacefully then later get released... people often forget that it's the courts that do the sentencing NOT the police, you don't need to be afraid of getting arrested if you haven't done anything wrong.

Nothing to be gained by fighting the police.

Hmm, looks like it worked for this guy.

This convinces me. When I run into the police I'm gonna turn into some crazy ass christian, and start speaking tongues and convulsing and shit. If they taser me then I'll just run away.

Indeed, that's one of the few instances where you escape.

The EXTREMELY large majority of the time you don't, then you get hit with evading police and resisting arrest, which will ruin your day especially if you didn't commit a crime to start with.

It looks like his wife was in the police car.  I'm sure they nabbed him at home the next day.  I still wanna know what they had him for though.  Given his behavior, there was probably a reason.
