morchella nevado de toluca

i found this specie in lower altitude like 2800 meters . and was not so tasty and other more cold morchella

for me long ago to find morchela was a religious experience, it still is  , not yet to find a big patch and they usually grown where psilocybe grow  wich is a plus.
