LC Syringe. Legal?

So I was wondering if LC is so good for growing why don't vendors sell them. Which led me to realize maybe they arnt legal...

So my question is are LC legal to posses, also where can I get one? I'm still a noon and afraid to make my own yet

LC is illegal period
it doesnt matter if you have it
or a vendor does. that is if we are talking about actives

edible mushrooms is another story
those are perfectly legal

AFOAFOAFOAF way back in high school got busted with nothing but spores, substrate jars and LC - no fruits whatsoever.  He was charged with manufacture and possession with intent to distribute.  With the possession charge, they charged him with the entire weight of the LC as if the entire LC, jar and all, was pure psilocybin.

damn your foafoafoaf got f'ed in the A!  you dont fuck around with LC at school or over the mail.  if you do make it, keep your fucking mouth shut.  that shit is the same charge as psilocybin, so unless you like bunking up with bubba, then dont tell people you have LC, unless of course its a non active species

thats because the lcs are illegal, and all of it combined is conspiracy to manufacture, and given the weight of the lc, if it was over a ounce then it was conspiracy to distribute. but at the same time some judges wont even touch a small conspiracy charge like that, but alot will.

I believe he got 5 years, 3 suspended and served a little over 1 year in county with a long supervised probation.

if he was in high school i doubt they gave him 5 years due to his age, but im sure he got fucked

He was 19, still a senior after being held-back due to a long term suspension for bringing a hunting knife to school and threatening someone with it.  He also had priors for possession and assult.  He wasn't a very good dude.  I do believe the reason he got 3 years suspended was due to his age though.

All of this is second hand info - I stayed away from those types for the most part.  I only post the info because LC is definitely illegal and this incident shows that you can in some serious trouble whether or not you have actual fruits present.

it has been said that you can damage the spores
by scraping with something sharp

i just use the side of the needle not the tip
and it works fine for me

you serious??  i thought the casing on a spore was supposed to be one of the toughest natural substances on the planet?  don't have it sitting in front of me right now, but it def says that in mycelium running.  They're supposed to be capable of interplanetary, inter-atmospheric, etc. etc. whatever you want to call being able to blast through space at top speed and come burning through the atmosphere without getting fucked up...
