well i just started a batch of jars with all of the jars i have, and for some reason i recived another syring, i think im gonna make some lc, or start up a nice outdoor grow

When I had nothing more to do I just play with some spores on agar :wink:

If you want to keep the syringe as long as possible pop it into the fridge

ya i have it in the fridge right now, im probly going to end up making some LC, can someone tell me the benifits of LC? and what the point of it is? (i know this sounds dumb, and i have tryed to look it up in search)

its colonizes way faster. and youll get alot of syringes out of it look at agars post he put up 2day. u should knock up some grain then make some lc out of it if i had a extra syringe thats what id do.

in sted of squirting spores and waiting for myc to grow on your grains your squirting already growing myc on to the grains. giving the myc a head start on contams. also substrates inoculated with lc tend to colonize faster as well.

not excatly you have to knock up some grain wait till it colonizes then go from there like i said jus take a peek at that agar post its really helpful

actualy you can make a lc directly from a syringe. spores will germinate and grow. it is however convinent to pick a good mushroom and clone it, then you know that the one you have growing has the potential to fruit.
