A walk in the woods Reishi, Lion's mane, etc..(pics)

Found a number of various mushrooms today while out in a primarily beech forest. Tons of huge deadfalls rotting on the forest floor and lots of recent rain = a mycological wonderland.
Other finds not pictured are tons of turkey tail and beautiful bright red shiny reishi spread through trees, stumps, and the ground. 
Located in Southern Ontario, Canada.
Not an id request, but any comments are helpful.

1. better photos needed (pic of top?)
2. Hericium abietis

4. could be Cortinarius sp, or possibly Armillaria sp, better photos are needed (pic of gills and stem?).

No I didn't collect any of the reishi for tea. I might go back and get myself a few, though. Does anyone here drink turkey tail tea? I've read about cancer fighting qualities in both the reishi and turkey tails - but think they must be a good supplement even for healthy people.

Yes...just finished dinner with lion's mane included in a stirfry. They have a tecture that is comparable to crab meat or lobster.
I first soak them in warm water and break them apart into florettes to get rid of all the bugs and debris that is hidden in all the 'teeth'.
Then squeeze them out just like a sponge to remove all the excess water.
Then I like to fry them in butter with some s&p and garlic until they are golden brown. Or add them to any recipe calling ror mushrooms. They are good for you and contain anti-dementia meds.
I sell foraged foods (including mushrooms) to a few choice restaurants in my area. Yesterday one of the chefs gave me a taste of the lion's mane he was preparing for an amuse bouche (tiny appetizer). It was dipped in a light tempura batter and then deep fried and drizzled with a brandy and balsamic reduction. DELICIOUS!

Pick those pidpinkeys also #4 Armillaria gallica Take the buttons and Parboil them before eating. They are delicious with steak and onions
