doesn't look like it... germany has a 5% barrier... meaning if a party has less than 5% of the votes they don't get seats in the parliament... as of the first calculations they have only achieved about 2%... which is actually not bad for a party that was founded only 3 years ago...

first time i stepped into a psytrance club here a guy asks me, "Was ist deine Lieblingsdroge?" (what is your favourite drug)
and they were selling acid in the back. YUM!

unfortunately the police have had their way with that place since,
which sucks...
but it still ain't too hard to get drugs here
specially if you grow yo own fungus. mm, supplies from amsterdam!
weed is EASY as hell to get and generally of way better quality.
the drug war is conducted with way less biblical zeal here,
and they are not really after the normal users, jail is not what happens to you. fines maybe.
hopefully nobody will go imitate the usa on that. unfortunately there is an increasing number of christian fundy dicks who would like to, but that's kind of widespread these days *sigh*

in any case, berlin is pretty lax on that shit. for sure, the least christian-fundy place in germany.
