oh buddy. i feel so bad for you. i hate feeling bad on trips. think of this... thousands of miles away, i ate .5 grams of mushrooms just to ehance my thinking.... and got the vibe to get on here and try to cheer you, a complete stranger... up.

listen to happy enlightening music. I get that intense loneliness sometimes. Its tough to shake. You feel like in your headspace there is nobody its just you and your mind and the mind can be a very odd companion. just let it take you where it will.

I have almost no visuals, which makes me think I'm in reality but my though loops are tripping out

Hella lonely.

Thanks for the music helped a bit. I guess I'll just have to ride it out.

This has happened to me before too.  I would get stuck in a thought loop and my visuals seem to disappear and I begin to look at everything with a negative connotation.  It is definietly something that will pass, but you have to find something that makes YOU comfortable.  We all have our own ways of dealing with this, so you just have to explore the depths of your mind and figure out what is best for you.  In the meantime........

I know where you're coming from man. You think it's a bad thing happenning to you, but try and realise it's not. I say just put on your favorite album, lay down on your bed and simply let yourself go. Solitude is a nice and rare thing my friend, use it to reflect.

Don't feel bad, that's all there is to say. :thumbup:

I actually had a trip like that on saturday, it wasn't bad persay, but there were next to no visuals (minus a bit of colors changing) and a pretty intense thought loop.

The thing I found out on that trip is the thing that really started to spin my out was that I would just forget what I was doing, and I would get confused.  At first I tried to control it and tried to remember, but then I just figured it's in the nature of the drug :smile:

I went for a nice walk, smoked a ciggy and put on Dark Side.  It turned out to be a great time :smile:

Enjoy the time you have left with the drug, because when by the time you hit baseline you wish you could still be in that mindset (in my opinion :P)

Yeah.

It's so weird.

I'm still tripping like crazy because if I try to let my perception dilate (hard to explain but like when you let your eyes unfocus except not with "normal" vision) then my visuals magnify x10000.

Yet I feel pretty "normal" except it's NOT normal and really shitty.

Oh well, I'll do what I can to find interesting things to look at, just wish I didn't have to do it in this godawful headspace.

Got some peanuts. Feel a lot better. Thanks guys :laugh:. Gonna go watch seinfeld I think.

The neat thing about psychedelics (especially with acid) is as hard as it seems, the headspace is completely in your control.  Get up, and just stretch out you arms and legs and body, it feels amazing.  Yawning is great too.  Also, and I know it feels kinda weird doing it by yourself, but it has totally saved me a few times, is put on some Marley and dance :laugh: Also just keep consciously making an effort to say positive things.  As stupid as they may sound at the time, it's just like in normal sober life, intensified.  If you tell yourself negative things, things will be negative.  The best cure for depression in everyday life is making a conscious effort to insert positive thoughts once in a while :smile:

Hope that helps :smile: and I totally know what you mean, unfocusing your eyes intensifies it a lot.  :laugh:

Roll with it, don't tell yourself "I have to do it in this awful headspace" Tell yourself "I'm going to make the best of this headspace" :smile:
