I basically wrote this down as a catharsis. These thoughts have been running through my head all night, and I just had to pin them down in writing. Now I have the urge to actually send it. I feel like it needs to be said, but I'm pretty hung over and angry right now, so I'm appealing to the pub for advice...

The thing is that we are part of a REALLY REALLY tight clique. Not hanging out with her/ignoring her would essentially amount to me not hanging out with my best friends. Not really an option.

You have to understand, we've been friends for so long. Extracting her from my life isn't an option, nor would I want to. I just want her behavior to reflect her intentions.
