You have serious problems with your language use. Your post is riddled with errors in preposition use, and you switch tenses often.

For example, you can't say you "stepped" and "had felt". It should be "felt". Also, how do you feel an aroma? An aroma is a scent and can only be smelled. How does "aroma" give you a vibe? A vibe is not given by an aroma. The phrase "that Amsterdam was about to give me" is awkward and should be reworded.

After reading some more of your posts, it's clear that you have some major problems with grammar and punctuation. These problems are not common typos or related to "internet speak", but are major grammatical errors in your writing. You frequently misuse words, and it is clear that you do not know the correct definitions of most of the words you are using that are longer than three syllables. Example: "an diversified writer". I can't even begin to tell you what is wrong with that phrase.

You need to take a class in basic grammar. Maybe you could hire an MFA student as a writing tutor. Either way, get some help. I have a job in editing and proofreading, btw, and an English degree.

Intelligent conversation and egotism are not the same. I'm sure you have all the ladies cowering at the size of your diction, but if you don't use the words correctly it only hurts your case.

Constructive criticism should be welcomed as a writer. If you don't connect with your readers you will have a very small fan base and probably a lot less "constructive" criticism. If you catch my drift.

Firstly, there is no way in hell you are smarter than your professor; there are reasons why she has a PhD/Master's and you don't. Thus, the very conception of the thought should be persecuted justly.


And, judging by your choice of words, I am not overly impressed by your writing skills, nor are they the least bit impressive. You seem very comprehensive, and understanding, but your ignorance pervades our views of you, making it more apparent.

Stop trying. Stay in school. You will progressively age in linear correlation to your maturity and wisdom. In a decade or more, you will see how ridiculous your claim is.

Also, if you analyze your word base- your vocab is rather limited. You're extremely redundant with your words. Seems like the fanciest word you know is 'utmost'.
