collecting in Thailand

hello all! Was wondering in anyone has had any experiences collecting mushrooms in Thailand.

My wife was telling me that they are all over the place up in Isaan (northeast Thailand) where she is from. Maybe later on this year we'll get a chance to go up and look. I was not paying any attention last time. But now I'm a bit more keen for various reasons. From her description, sounds like there are the usual suspects growing on cow/buffalo pucky.

I'm in Bangkok and wondering if there places nearby where people have spotted any psylocybes or good likely spots to try and find them. Would love to post pix of my finds.

Unfortunately, I have no car and am right in the middle of Bangkok. Perhaps I could ask a knowledgeable taxi driver to drive me out to some farms.

Still, there's already one good place I know of in the city. My niece lives right near a small pasture, right in Bangkok, with seven or eight cows and two buffalo. I have not been in the pasture looking around, it's in a very busy slum and a bit dangerous for me in that I'd be seen by 15 people per minute looking around for something. I haven't seen anything growing from the vantage point of 15 meters and just looking over casually as I walk to my neice's place. I'm separated from the pasture by a small polluted canal which can be easily crossed. Now, I'm really wondering about that place, seems like it would be perfect, plenty of cow pies. Towards the back of the pasture there's lots of vegetation, a bit swampy.
