heres the back story i've been complaining about not having money because i believe i was paying my grandmother more then what i should for rent and bills
well i finally had enough and am ready to move out well my brother believes im lying about being fucked over
so i was told i needed to move out ok whatever
so i go to pack my shit,clothes,things i need
he came over talking shit
here's where he became the coward as i walked to my car to go to my sisters he picked up a long pot full of small cactus and throw it at me hitting me in the back
i then walked towards him cursing and he picked up the lawn chair and swang it at me
i put up my arms to protect my face and got hit pretty hard
then i picked up the chair and throw it towards him as he walked away not even hitting him he then grabbed a candle holder from the porch and came at me i turned my back and he hit me in the back of the head knocking me down to the ground
he then took the chair and throw it at me then crushed it ontop of me

so yeh my arm is swollen and fractured i have a headache and had to take the night off

and yeh im only 120 lbs how much of a dick do you have to be to beat up on someone smaller then you knowing he cant defend himself against some who is double my weight and uses anything close by to attack
then after all this went down i got off the ground and his wife had the nerve to tell me i better leave before i get hurt

fucking dumb bitch

fuck em i'll survive and have my apartment within a month
finally i'll be in a good spot in life
i was beaten as a kid by a drunk stepfather i dont need this as an adult

fuck my life :crankey:

As for the medical bill, call your brother and tell him that you need medical treatment for your arm and that you're pressing charges if he doesn't pay. It sounds like a pussy thing to do, but 1.) you already got your ass kicked and 2.) dignity isn't worth a permanently fucked up arm.
