That happened eight years ago. I think we should all move on.

It's cool to remember it. Just do it on your own time. I don't see the point in making a big deal out of it anymore.

Senseless acts of violence should never be the cause of death, but unfortunately it is....maybe one day the extremist muslim activists will eventually learn this as well as everyone worldwide.

I could care less for the innocent lives that were lost that day.

If anything, it's what we get for killing so many innocent lives throughout our history as a nation.

But I do feel for the families that lost loved ones; it's always a hard feeling to cope with.

dying because a plane was hijacked and flown into a building you happen to be in isn't natural, asshole.

death is a hydra with many heads.
the only thing unnatural about it is the plane and the building.
and what's mourning going to do?
bring them back to life?
if it did i would mourn more often.
i have more important things to do than to cry about something unchangeable.

I didn't say mourning them will do anything, but a terrorist attack isn't a "natural" way to die, as you put it. Be a cynical douchebag all you want, I don't care - if it was your mother in that building you wouldn't be such a smart ass about it.

He didn't say it was a natural way to die. He simply stated that death is a natural thing. Everyone dies, whether they're in a terrorist attack or not doesn't change that fact.

That could potentially be up for debate.

People die through the causes of irrational, random incidents all the time; daily! It's such an occurrence in the rest of the world that it could almost be seemingly 'natural'. Statistically speaking, we're causing more damage to Iraq than the hijackers of 9/11 did to us; around double. And the War in Iraq is backed by our federal government and current President for the time being, so it'd be safe to assume that it is somewhat 'just'. But if so, more people died at the hands of our 'justice' than the injustices of 9/11. Is that constitutional?

Anyways, what I'm trying to say is why cry about something comparatively insignificant when there are bigger, and far worse, things to worry about elsewhere in the world that are going on TODAY?

i didn't say terrorist attacks where a natural way to die.
i said dying is a natural cycle of life.
i would assume you want me to be sad about it or you wouldn't even respond to me in such a negative manner.
but it's fine with me.
you go ahead and feel bad.
i am not joining you're little 9/11 cry club.
if it was my mother i would feel bad.
but i won't dwell on such negative things.
even tho i will always miss her.
