I have a snake and I breed mice specifically for feeding. Depending on the snake, I either feed live or prekill in a gas chamber, but usually feed live. I am, what you'd say, kind of like a Hitler of mice, except I get the job done.

I'm not at my usual computer, but I'll look tomorrow. Usually the mice don't know what hit them, or they might get a little tiny "OMG" out before they die. It's not unheard of for mice to chew in to snakes and kill them. That's usually a big stupid mistake on an owner's part, though.

i see no problem with that, i have a snake myself.  the mice die a natural death, for a natural cause, to feed the snake.  but in this case we have a person who kills mice for fun or in anger w/e, then snaps pics to showcase his inhumane kills of mice that obviously died slow and painful deaths for no real reason.

as for those who live in the country, if your house is clean the only time you might see them is in the winter time.  the ocasional mouse isn't going to stick around in your living area's unless its for food or water...so you eliminate those and the only possible thing left is shelter but obviously their shelter is going to be realitvely close to food and water...if the household isn't providing that then they have no real reason to stick around and if they do its going to be in your walls where you won't even see them in the first place.  mice are scared of humans, they won't risk running around unless they think its for food/water.

the #1 reason people see mice is because they are not 100% clean 100% of the time, if you don't pick up after youself then you should expect mice.  the live traps do work you just gotta bait them right

there were holes chewed all through it by mice
I saw them all over the place when I rented it

any mouse could get to any cupboard through the walls with ease

I keep a clean house, always have, being in the military will do that for you
