Then 20 minutes later I'd be thinking "Why the fuck did I smoke that bowl" for 3 hours.

Nah, I haven't had any for a week now. Its the only thing than can get me to sleep nowadays. Benadryl is a fail, and I'm not sure why I haven't ever gone to get prescription sleeping pills.
