You obviously know nothing at all.  You are a total imposter.  With the lighting he is using now we may all be in danger.  There is the distinct possibility that he could interfere with the space-time continuem and destroy all that exists as we know it.  Its simply not worth it.

Your fruits will be generally healthier because they're getting the preferred light spectrum so you should expect more "normal" fruiting.  Usually with inadequate lighting, your fruits will be skinnier and curly, rather than meaty and straight.

Most of the time if a new grower is using inadequate lighting, it's usually something like 2500-3000K range, such as incandescent lighting or warm white lighting.  Or even cool white, which is closer to 4000K, I think.  I like 6500K because it's the closet thing to what you get in nature.
