Dude, drugs are not magically stored in some secret place in your body that cannot be accessed by your blood stream.
That is what would have to happen for drugs to be suddenly released
They would have to get wrapped up in some king of mucous ball and stick to your rib or something
When you sneezed real hard it might dislodge the cocaine infested loogie and you might get a little rush

Bottom line if you take a drug,
once your body has metabolized said drug
it is no longer in your body

it can't just reappear
unless you take it again
