Who cracks their knuckles???

I do, wish i never started, have to crack them all several times a day.

Doesn't feel "right" if i don't crack them  :crazy: Like stretching for the fingers

Yeah I view it as a pretty bad habit, but like you, they feel like they need to be cracked for some reason.

I crack them, atleast 5 times a day.

I've heard that its bad, or something to do with arthritis.

I highly doubt any of that is true, though.

i don't just crack my knuckles.. if I crack one bone, I have to crack them ALL! My neck, my whole back (including the sacrum), toes... everything! I can even do my knees and ankles sometimes. Oh, and don't forget the thumbs!

I think it's kinda like an OCD thing for me. I just HAVE to do it! People are always like "that causes arthritis, blah blah blah..." but if I don't crack them then I get all stiff and they just crack on their own when I move around. So I say 'fuck 'em'!

I crack my neck too, like stretch it slowly to one side and... *crack* lovely  :thumbup: Oh the relief...

Anyone know of that herbal supplement that is supposed to "soak up" dead tissue that causes your joints to creek and grind? Not sure of the name but i want some, im a lazy fucker and im too young to creek when i walk god damn it.

THe Cracking sound is actually pent-up gas located in between the bones, its harmless.

I usually crack every joint on my fingers, neck, back, and sometimes my toes.

Feels GRRREEEAT!

I was just fearing that I would turn into some arthritic, old man when I become older.

I've read that it's actually the *technical term alert* "goo" to lube your joints expanding and creating an air pocket, the crack is the pocket popping
