seems fine, not too mushy, not a ton of busted anything, took some out after the simmering and it was just starting to be almost easy to crush between thumb and forefinger. its in its 2nd PCing as we speak.

i dont know if anyone will be able to say for sure .. but i say u have a chance at still having successas long as it doesnt turn to mush after the 2nd pcing
