Pressure Cooking Question

Should I put the jars touching the surface on the bottom of the PC? Or should I place like a piece of fabric underneath each jar like on the stove in order to eliminate the heat transfer between the bottom of jar and pc?
Thanks. J

You should put a wash cloth or a hand towel down...and put the jars on top of one of those. Don't put the jars down on the bottom of the pressure cooker.

Better yet, if you have one, use the rack that comoes along with the pressure cooker.
