Has anyone ever had certain marks they cant account for?

Just a month ago I noticed after a night of deep dreams, that I had three separate "snake bites" on my left arm, all perfectly even, I can actually still see all three different bites just barely. They were very bothersome for a couple of weeks, but they healed up.

At first I brushed them off as bug bites, but they were nothing like bug bites. All three pairs of punctures were perfectly symmetrical, and looked like three different sized snakes bit me, each puncture perfectly lining up with my blood veins.

they all three look exactly like this...

I simply have no explanation for where they came from, and thought the marks were very strange in the least...

Anyone else ever experienced something similar?

I've had snake-like bites before.  I think I dreamed about it too, but in reality I probably got bit by whatever it was, then dreamed about it.  Those bites won't wake you up, so I probably felt it but not enough to wake up, then it became part of a dream.

Like when I infrequently hear a plane that comes oddly close (while I'm asleep) and I start dreaming that a plane is about to crash into the house and I wake up scared as hell because I still hear it coming for the house.

Once it was from a lawn mower too : /

See my shadow changing,
Stretching up and over me.
Soften this old armor.
Hoping I can clear the way
By stepping through my shadow,
Coming out the other side.
Step into the shadow.
Forty six and two are just ahead of me.

I dont remember dreaming about snakes, all I remember is a brief period of memory where I was sleep walking.

I didnt even have a theory about what the marks were until a couple of days ago when I actually started to think about it.

I woke up with scabbing claw marks under my shirt on my chest with my door locked...
