The unspoken rule is that cops are told to lie out the ass quite often.  And, they kept saying she was hammered... how much you wanna bet she was within the legal limit they just doctored it to look otherwise?  The guy was just telling his buddies she was hammered to make them on his side, we have no way to know if that's true or not. 

I hope that girl gets a lessened everything, other than DUI if she was ACTUALLY intoxicated.  Driving under the influence is unacceptable, just like being a liar who doesn't care about the well being of others is.

at the 3m34s point, does the cop actually say 'how old are you, motherfucker?' or 'only you motherfucker?'? and who is he talking to? she definitely looks drunk as shit though, or tired. glad i wasn't driving.

well she was just rear ended, and she is locked in the back of a cop car at night time.  all that put together its acceptable to look like something out of resident evil 5.  but when she talks she seems perfectly normal, except she's quite, prolly so the cop doesn't taze and gang rape her
