ya dude i almost shit myself when I put the jars in there. I will have to say I can't get 3 wide mouth jars on top but 3 regular qrt jars fit fine. I think this thing is like 10 plus years old but as long as I'm not spending all day presure cooking it could be 100 yrs old.
